The smell that comes out of this package upon opening it is incredible, a little tart a little tangy, very cherry with a hint of the hibiscus. I brewed 1 teaspoon of this tea at 212 degrees for 5 minutes, let it cool a bit, and poured over ice. The taste is amazing. The taste is well balanced. It has the tartness from the cherry and hibiscus with a bit of a citrus note from the orange peel. The hibiscus is just the right amount not overpowering. This tea has enough natural sweetness from the apple and banana that I didn't need to add extra sweetener. There is a nice strawberry finish on the back of your tongue at the end of each sip.
